MASKS ARE REQUIRED DURING EVERY APPOINTMENT

Wigs, Closures & Frontals That Require Customizing Must Be Dropped Off At Least 24 Hours Before Your Appointment. There Will Be A $20 Fee Applied To Your Balance If You Bring Your Wig The Day Of.

$20 Deposit Required For ALL Appointments.

It Is NON-REFUNDABLE & Will Be Applied Towards Your Appointment Balance.

PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. After 15 Minutes A Late Fee Will Be Applied.

If You Are Running Late Please Contact Me As Soon As Possible.​

Hair MUST Be Washed & Free Of ALL Oils, Grease & Products Before Your Appointment.

NO EXTRA GUESTS ALLOWED UNLESS  THEY ARE BEING SERVICED.

HOW LONG BEFORE I RECIEVE MY ORDER?

 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

After your order has been processed and customized we will prepare it for shipping. Once it has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email to the email address you provided during check out. Please allow at least 24 hours for tracking to update. All orders should be received within 3-5 business days after shipping.

HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES?

Once your order has been processed there is no way to go back and make changes to your unit. Please be sure to pay close attention to all details when placing your order and double check before heading to check out. To ensure that you receive the best experience shopping with us, make sure that your shipping address, phone number and email are all correct.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

ALL HAIR SALES ARE FINAL

Orders that are unopened, unworn & still in the original packaging may be eligible for exchange. Please contact us at thequaywayy@gmail.com if you have any issues with your order.

Once orders are shipped, we are NOT responsible for orders that are lost or stolen.

In the event that you have to exchange a unit/hair, you as the customer are responsible for shipping costs.
